Aditi Chopra is a highly motivated founder and consultant with expertise in growth, strategy, and community consulting for web3 startups. She is the founder of Moonshot Consulting, a growth, community, and strategy consulting firm that has served over 40 startup clients across India, Dubai, and the US. Aditi has also founded Superwomen DAO, an investment DAO that helps women founders raise funds from the community and VC partners, along with offering web3 education, mentor-matching, and hiring opportunities in the blockchain space. Superwomen DAO has onboarded over 2500 women members from India and SEA in just 4.5 months and organized 35+ learning events, making it the biggest community of web3 women in India. Aditi is a public speaker and has been featured as an expert at 35+ national and international web3 events, hackathons, TV interviews, and podcasts. She is also a mentor for product growth at Airtribe, community at LikeMinds, and web3 accelerators at GrowthSchool, Foundership, FTT DAO, among others. Prior to founding Moonshot Consulting, Aditi worked as the first biz hire at FamPay, where she devised GTM and several other community-led growth initiatives, taking the community from 5k users to over a million in a year's time. She has also led growth, product, and partnerships at multiple fintech startups. Aditi has a strong educational background, having worked as an intern and researcher at Cornell University, where she studied behavioral sciences. She holds an Engineer’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University and completed her high school education from Little World School.
