Aditi Lath is a Senior Cloud Native Security Architect with over 6 years of experience in the field of cloud computing and security. Currently working at Byju's, Aditi is responsible for heading Cloud and Application Security for Web and Mobile applications for the entire enterprise while managing a team of 10 that helps conduct OSINT and VA/PT for over 200 applications and multiple domains. She is also entrusted with the responsibility of creating the roadmap for Cloud and Infra Security for multiple entities across geographies. Prior to her current role, Aditi worked at Oracle for over 4 years as part of one of the most dynamic and agile teams responsible for delivering cloud native experience to their partners for the entire life cycle management of the Oracle database platform. As part of the Dbaas Automation team, she learnt the latest technology behind cloud computing and increased the throughput in a short span of time and led partners on cloud architecture, cloud standards, and cloud enablement for embracing Cloud Native DBaaS. Aditi is a problem solver and has excellent problem-solving skills which have helped her achieve success in academics and at work. She pursued B.Tech Computer Sciences from MIT, Manipal, and served as the cultural secretary of their college at various national and international cultural fests. Aditi's passion is to know people and work with them effectively. She has acted in several street plays, stage plays, and short films since her team in college. She reads a lot as she believes that every book gives her the opportunity to learn about a new set of people and explore new cultures. She also cooks to release stress and has thus mastered a few cuisines. Aditi possesses a diverse range of skills, including Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Web, infra, AWS, and DevOps. She has worked on various projects during her career, including building, designing, and installing security systems/processes for cloud-based computing and data storage systems, assessing and testing existing cloud computing security systems and creating firewalls, and optimizing cost and use of their AWS account. Aditi has also been instrumental in building a culture of security in engineering teams and helping engineering teams adopt secure coding practices. Aditi's relevant experience is 6.27 years.
