Aditi Mahajan is a passionate and experienced online product professional with a progressive growth record of 9+ years of working experience with industry giants such as Tesco (Retail), Viacom 18 (Media), and B2C e-commerce startups. She has been in product management for the last 4.5+ years and has a keen interest in technology and its ability to create solutions and interfaces that enable and support business operations and vision. Aditi has a concerned and organized approach while communicating and presenting to others, which has instilled an empathetic, liberal, and positive attitude in her. She has held challenging career choices and different shoes of responsibilities, which have helped her develop a strong sense of collaboration and a soul of a technologist. Currently, Aditi is working as an Assistant Product Manager at Viacom18, where she is leading product management for the Ad Sales and Traffic domain (Cloud-based Web & Desktop App). She has led and analyzed Media Ad traffic and sales requirements with BU heads, conceptualized solutions, and designed wireframes using Microsoft Azure for business, defined RFPs, and led vendor shortlisting. She has delivered an automated scalable Ad sales revenue optimization system that has elevated the bottom line and an automated sales order processing system (OCR integrated). Aditi has also orchestrated cross-functional teams for seamless development and release, using Agile methodology and technology stack that includes UI: React Node js; Backend: Mongo DB; Host: AWS Cloud Linux servers. In the past, Aditi has worked as a Product Manager at Furtados High Music Pvt. Ltd., where she worked with the Business head and CEO to analyze requirements, conceptualize and design solutions, and solely led the delivery of a scalable online interactive practice and music learning platform. She has also worked as a Vice President Membership at Toastmasters International, where she interacted, educated, and motivated future Toastmasters and guests with the value and importance of Toastmasters profile in one's career and life. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and an Executive Degree Program|Certification for Product Strategy in Product and Marketing Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. She has a diverse tech stack that includes product management, NodeJS, AWS, UI, Backend, Web, SQL, MongoDB, Azure, Integration, and Mobile.
