Aditi Singh is a technocommercial professional with a passion for blending technology with business to drive excellence and create a difference in the business world. Currently, she works as a Program Manager for Business Strategy and Planning at OLA, where she contributes as part of the founding team of OLA’s 4W EV Business initiative and 2W-4W Charging Strategy & Network Planning team. Her responsibilities include product ideation, planning, roadmap, and strategy, market research, product positioning and pricing, benchmarking and competitor analysis, customer experience and consumer behavior, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Aditi is a passionate team builder who enjoys networking and collaborating with diverse professionals worldwide. She has experience working with cross-functional and multifaceted teams, and she thrives in business settings with differentiated strategic frameworks. In her previous role as Program Manager for Business Excellence (CIO’s Org) at OLA, she owned the OLA Mobility Driver App and managed program and product management, business planning and strategy, marketing and communication management, people and stakeholder management, process excellence and quality assurance, business case and negotiation, audit and data reporting, and business compliance. Aditi is a Harvard Asia Conference Delegate and Speaker for Social Impact, and she holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from VIT. She is also currently pursuing a Certification Program in Business CORe-Financial Accounting, Economics for Managers, and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School. Aditi began her education at Delhi Public School, Pune, and later attended Green Valley and Navrachana Education Society before completing her Bachelor's degree. Aditi's tech stack includes experience as a Research Scientist, and she has 4.36 years of relevant experience. She is passionate about social research and gender equity, and she is committed to building a career that makes a positive impact on society.
