Aditi Soni is a highly skilled software engineer with over 5 years of experience in backend and mobile development. Currently working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, Aditi is also a Women Techmakers Ambassador and Google Developers Group Organizer at Google. She is a Udacity Nanodegree Scholar with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science, Indore. Aditi's technical expertise and organizational skills have helped her design and develop efficient solutions that have made internal business processes faster and more vibrant. She is exceptional at analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of people. Aditi is a firm believer in "Together We Rise," and spends her weekends volunteering in community work, either by giving technical talks or organizing meetups for local tech professionals in GDG/WTM. Aditi's past work experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Consultadd Inc. and as a Software Developer at T. Rowe Price. At Consultadd Inc., she worked on a project called Track-Collab, which increased productivity among all the departments of the company. At T. Rowe Price, she was responsible for designing and building different REST microservices for a web-based document management solution for the client onboarding application. Aditi has a strong technical background in AWS, Spring, Java, UI, Integration, Mobile, ECS, Spring Boot, Microservices, CI/CD, and Web. She has tested REST APIs with the JUnit and Mockito frameworks and deployed the backend of the application to the AWS EC2 instance. She has also mentored junior developers, worked in sessions with the team, pair programming, sprint demos, backlog refinement, system design, PR review, and lunch and learn sessions. Aditi's passion for technology and community work has been recognized by Google, and her story has been published on their developer's website as an inspiration.
