Aditya Jha is an experienced AWS Solutions Architect and Senior PMO/Program Management Consultant at Amazon. With over 15 years of experience in EPMO, Program/Project Management, and Application Solution Delivery across various verticals including manufacturing and software development, Aditya has demonstrated capabilities to define, build, launch, and deliver complex solutions to solve customer problems. He is a ground-up people developer with a passion for setting up the right teams, processes, and overall environment to take both the team and the company to the next level. As a Program Management Consultant and Customer Success Expert, Aditya works with global leadership teams to assess current project management practices, identify gaps, and recommend/implement EPMO solutions for better decision making. He consults and strategically collaborates with Amazon’s global business teams to establish their EPMOs and governance models, standardize their team’s process, align with best practices defined in project management methodologies, and succeed in configuring Amazon Projects, a PPM tool on SharePoint. Aditya is currently assisting Amazon World Wide Business Transformation (WWBT) EPMO to enable 1000+ groups in NA, EU, UK, and CN with over 75,000 users. He is also assisting WWBT to establish PMO methodologies like APDS, FASTR, and others. In his past role as Vice President of Customer Success at BrightWork, Aditya managed the Customer Success organization of Customer Success Architects/Partners. His responsibilities included managing stakeholder relationships, managing and developing key accounts, guiding/consulting customers who were establishing their EPMOs, governance models, portfolio prioritization, and monitoring and control mechanisms. He has helped his customers launch large EPMO deployments and established successful project environments and cultures that deliver results. Aditya has a Master's in Computer Applications from Osmania University and has completed a Stanford Advanced Project Management course, a Leadership Certificate, as well as a Certified Prince 2 Project Manager course. He has experience in AWS, Senior Software Engineer, Javascript, Java, NodeJS, Software Engineer, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring, Spark, Ansible, Typescript, Cassandra, Postgres, GCP, Integration, and Web. With 20.29 years of relevant experience, Aditya is a seasoned professional with a customer obsession mindset and determination to get things done.
