Aditya Agarwal is an accomplished engineer with a diverse skill set that includes software engineering, architecture, deep learning, distributed systems, and cloud computing. He is also experienced in leadership and agile coaching, and is constantly seeking opportunities to grow his skill set. Currently working as a Software Engineer IV at PolyAI, Aditya is part of the Platform Team and is responsible for designing and managing agile processes for a team of eight. He has also built a B2B platform, APIs, and analytics solutions that enable low-code development and maintenance of voice-AI assistants. Aditya has supported over 10 client projects and million+ calls on the platform, and has designed and implemented API and backend systems for the platform's UI/UX. Additionally, he has designed and developed the conversation logs, review, and analytics features for the platform. Prior to joining PolyAI, Aditya worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he was part of the R&D Azure Migration and Compute Team, and the Windows Networking Team. While at Microsoft, Aditya worked on end-to-end features for the "VMware/Hyper-V to Azure" Migration service, deployed more than 10 features, and fixed more than 60 bugs. He also provided live-site resolution for several issues reported by customers and partners. In his role with the Windows Networking Team, Aditya designed helpful WinDbg debugger extensions to walkthrough/analyze internal data structures pertaining to DNS Response Rate Limiting and Native Memory Management. He also developed extensions and test jobs that helped analyze and root cause issues in DNS Policies, RRL, and other key features in Windows Server 2016. Aditya holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, where he completed his studies in 2019. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University, where he completed his studies in 2017. Aditya completed his 10+2 degree in Science from Birla Vidya Niketan in Delhi, India, in 2013.
