Aditya Agrawal is a multi-disciplined professional with over 10 years of experience in software development, system analysis, enterprise architecture and design, application modernization and re-architecture, enterprise application integration, requirement analysis, and domain-specific language. He is a result-oriented professional who leverages strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build scalable, reliable, multi-layered, web-based enterprise applications and products. Aditya's expertise lies in Core Java, and he has experience in developing applications using Spring and Hibernate Frameworks. He has also worked on building highly scalable and distributed components/systems using Microservice architecture. He has hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React JS, JavaScript & ES6 and has developed domain-specific languages (DSLs) using Xtext/Xtend framework. Aditya has exposure to Algorithms and Data Structures and has worked with Agile Scrum, TDD, and Pair Programming methodologies. He has implemented knowledge of XML & J2EE Design Patterns. Currently, Aditya is working as a Technical Lead - Product Architecture at Tangoe. He is responsible for architectural initiatives and looks out for areas to improve in the core framework in terms of enhancement, performance optimization/testing, scalability, system stabilization, etc. Aditya provides solutions and prepares design documents for new requirements and gets the sign-off from the Chief Architect & Product Management. He also works with the Product Management group for requirement analysis, provides high-level solutions, and helps them to finalize the requirements. Aditya leads technical discussions to provide technical guidance and create coding standards, establishes development best practices and coding guidelines. He is responsible for technical clarifications, code quality, and review for the sprint team. Aditya has worked on developing reusable components that provide distributed locking mechanism using Hazelcast. He has also worked on developing the domain-specific language to allow OPS to write custom ETL programs or Report for the customer instead of waiting for the next release cycle using XText/XTend. He integrated Spring Batch with the Product to enable batch processing and restructured the Products’ Maven build to handle external dependencies more efficiently using Maven BOM. Aditya has established the initial setup for QA, which they used for PSR testing using AppDynamics & Gatling script.
