Aditya B. is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and alumnus of IIT Kharagpur with a passion for singing, traveling, and motivating young minds. With over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business, Aditya started his first venture at the age of 8 with his father. He then joined IIT Kharagpur at 18 and began his professional journey as an intern at Yahoo! and later as a software developer at Capillary Tech in Bangalore. Aditya has over 6 years of experience in building startups and great products. He is currently the Investor, Board Member & Advisor at Autogram, an HR-Tech Ed-Tech startup based out of Kolkata. Autogram is a Talent Assessment, Video Interview solutions, and Interview Coaching marketplace that helps companies reach out to a quality talent pool using easy-to-use Video Interviews and rich assessments for various job roles across various seniority levels. Autogram also mentors and grooms students/jobseekers for Jobs and Interviews across small towns to big cities. Under his leadership, Autogram has come a long way from just an idea to creating an everlasting impact. Autogram is working with 100+ organizations, 100,000+ job seekers, and 500+ colleges on its platform. They have also successfully placed 10,000+ candidates in the last 2 years. Aditya has influenced 30,000+ students by conducting live workshops and talks in 200+ colleges across India. He has also worked as the Head of Technology at Kloneworld, where he built the platform for creating personalized animations, rhymes, and books for children where a child can be a star by uploading just one single photo. With a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur, Aditya has relevant experience of 9.19 years as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. He is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about building for the future and nurturing and connecting millions of talented people with great opportunities.
