Aditya Bhardwaj is a Robotics and Process Automation Engineer with a keen interest in the industrial work environment. He has pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, University of Delhi, India. Aditya's undergraduate major has given him exposure to numerous subjects like Industrial Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Condition Monitoring, Mechanics, Robotics, and Software, Mechanical Vibrations, etc. He possesses an immense quest for knowledge, which enabled him to pursue his internships within Mechanical, Automation, and Software Industry along with numerous projects related to Automobiles and Electronics. Currently, Aditya is working as a Project Engineer (Process Automation) at Rockwell Automation, Inc., one of the largest Industrial Automation firms globally. He has also worked as an Engineer in Training at the same company, where he was responsible for Systems Design Engineering. Aditya has also worked as an Industrial Training student intern at Honda Cars India Ltd., where he proposed events related to Kaizen and prepared updated Operation Standards for new models by observing the new model maturation process from initial concept stage to the final production stage. Aditya is proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, STL, and PLC. He has experience working with databases like SQL and MongoDB. He has a strong academic background in Algorithms, Distributed Control Systems, and Data Structures. Aditya is a Research Scientist with 3.78 years of relevant experience. Aditya's passion for solving problems remains with him, and he is always looking for new challenges to solve.
