Aditya Bhargava is an experienced leader in building distributed systems, solving complex business problems, and delivering iterative software product/platform releases. With over 12 years of relevant experience, he excels in building IT product/platform iteratively, designing distributed systems, and implementing CI & CD. Aditya is a problem solver and a DDD & XP practitioner who has a passion for writing clean code and TDD. Aditya has a successful track record of building relationships, designing client/business workshops, hiring the right set of people, building and leading teams, and mentoring and nurturing talent. He provides great support in designing MVP & SVP, scope negotiation, release planning, iteration planning, backlog grooming, DevOps, QA automation, and running & facilitating workshops. Aditya plays the role of a consultant, lead dev, or engineering manager based on the need. Currently, Aditya is working as an Engineering Manager at OLX, where he is leading the development team of Dealer super app and Auction platform of OLX Autos. Before OLX, Aditya worked as a Software Architect at McKinsey and a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Aditya holds a Masters's degree in Computer Science from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
