Aditya Bhatia is a highly skilled Technical Lead, System Designer, and Developer with over 11 years of experience in the industry. He is always on the lookout for interesting problems and ideas to work on and is passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies. Aditya has a strong interest in understanding the user's perspective and is well-versed in data science and machine learning. He is an expert in problem-solving and algorithms, and his specialties include asking the right questions, debugging, root cause analysis, designing and implementing proof of concepts quickly, and finding clever solutions to complex problems. Currently, Aditya works as a Technical Lead at Splunk, where he leads a team of developers and is responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical projects. In the past, he has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Apple, where he was the product owner of a text-to-speech distributed web service. He was also responsible for designing and architecting a training system to create TTS voice DNN models in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
