Aditya Chhikara is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Frontend Developer with over 8 years of experience in the field. Aditya is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at AiDash, where he leads a team of 8 developers with diverse experience in web and backend technologies. He is responsible for delivering highly scalable features for their SASS product and introducing new and better technologies such as React Query and styled components. Aditya is also responsible for managing feature development and web architecture design end to end while introducing better coding practices for scalability and stability. Prior to AiDash, Aditya worked at Flipkart as an SDE 1, where he developed a custom component library called Sleek UI from scratch. He also had end-to-end ownership of features, including product design and contract finalization steps. Aditya optimized various pages and features using better practices and won a reward in Flipkart's hackathon. At Moengage, he was a Software Engineer and had ownership of flows to trigger a predefined sequence of emails, messages, and push notifications conditionally. Aditya developed various complex features using JointJS and actively involved in the hiring process. He optimized different pages by using better practices and refactored various pages into small and manageable components. Aditya has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Jambheshwar University, where he graduated in 2014.
