Aditya Chowdhry is a highly skilled Cluster Leader of Data Center Operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with over 18 years of experience in operations management, facilities and contract management, maintenance management, project management, and human resource training and development. He is currently leading the Data Center Operations team for the new region of Amazon Web Services being set up at Hyderabad, India. Aditya has previously managed and led the Operations team for DC Operations for the Mumbai region earlier. Aditya joined AWS in 2018 as part of the Cloudpath Leadership Development Program and led the team that managed Data Center Infrastructure Operations for the BOM cluster (Mumbai) for AWS in India. He has been able to leverage his experience in the Navy of running mission-critical facilities and warships to lead and run Data Center Operations. Aditya is a Mechanical Engineer and a certified project management professional with a regular MBA in Financial Management. Aditya possesses a high EQ and leadership ability to handle stressful projects and situations, making him best suited for a Techno Managerial leadership role requiring sound fundamentals of Business finance. He has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the National Institute of Financial Management - PGDM (Financial Markets), a Master’s Degree in M. Tech Industrial Tribology from IIT, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNU. Aditya's current role at Amazon involves leading the Data Center Operations team, including Facility, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Logistics, and Infrastructure Delivery/Networks. He is an expert in AWS, Web, and Infra technology stack and has relevant experience of 15.78 years. Aditya's past experience includes working as a Cluster Manager of Infrastructure Operations and Infra Ops Cloudpath Manager at Amazon. Aditya's ability to lead and manage operations teams, coupled with his expertise in AWS and other technologies, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
