As the leader of the pack at Adam Ventures LLP, Aditya is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive business plan to reach the firm's financial and operational goals. He recruits, hires, and trains staff, builds relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners, develops and implements marketing strategies, analyzes data, manages the financial aspects of the firm, stays up to date on industry trends, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Aditya has previously worked at InfinityX as the Head of Strategic Alliances (Industrial IoT, AR/VR) and at Credilio as a Product Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree in Finance & Economics from St. Andrew's College of Arts Commerce and Science and an AIHSC degree in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
