Aditya Gannavarapu is a full-stack developer, machine learning engineer, and designer with a passion for human-computer interaction. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Aditya is currently working as a Developer Relations professional at Setu, where he is building for India. Aditya has a strong background in software development, having worked as a Founding Engineer at Maesh Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. As an early hire at Maesh, Aditya was responsible for designing and developing different aspects of the product, playing a crucial role in the vision, decisions, and creating a product roadmap for the company. He transformed Maesh into a developer-first payments company in Singapore, creating maesh.js, a JavaScript library to integrate Maesh on the client-side. Aditya also implemented API keys for the library, Maesh API for authorization, authentication, and secure communication. He hosted a webinar for merchants/developers on how to integrate Maesh into their web shops and provided support for developers integrating from testing phase to moving into production. Aditya also designed and implemented Instant Refunds using DBS bank API’s to facilitate instant refunds through Maesh and developed a Refund API for developers to leverage this functionality from their end. He implemented Automatic Payouts using the DBS bank API’s for instant and easy Payout functionality. Aditya has also worked as a Machine Learning Fellow at Fellowship.ai, where he developed an interface solution for fire hazard problems. He built deep learning models for classifications across two pipelines, scene-based and ROI (region of interest). Aditya achieved the best accuracy of 98.12% using a basic ResNet34 with oversampling, mixup augmentation, and progressive resizing. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Insitute of Technology Jaipur. He has a diverse tech stack that includes ML, Javascript, designer, test, Ruby, Web, and Deep Learning. Aditya is passionate about understanding how humans process and helping people solve real-life problems through this understanding.
