Aditya Giridharan is a 20-something year old with a passion for Theoretical Computer Science, with a particular interest in Quantum Computing and its near-term applications. He is also interested in Cryptography, Automata Theory, Game Theory, and Artificial Intelligence. Aditya is a Software Engineer with a strong knowledge of C/C++ and JavaScript, and a working knowledge of Python and Java. He is currently working as a Software Engineer in the product development team for Citrix Workspace App. Aditya has contributed to live projects used by GE Power and its customers worldwide, including web and mobile applications designed to facilitate the monitoring and management of equipment and machinery in power plants. He has also worked as a part of the Citrix Workspace App for Windows team, where he helped optimize the build system and streamline the process of setting up a developer machine. Additionally, he was responsible for third-party dependency elimination, documentation improvements, and played a part in structuring source-code and dependency management. Aditya has collaborated with two others on a project mentored by Tushar Mittal (IBM, ex-Rigetti) for the Quantum Open Source Foundation. They developed three different tools - qonduit, pulseMaker, and pyQuirk - all available on GitHub. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has relevant experience of 4.27 years and is currently a Digital Technology Intern at General Electric.
