Aditya Gupta is a Tech Lead at Board Infinity, where he is responsible for building the #1 early career skilling and transitioning platform. With over 8 years of experience in the tech industry, Aditya is a developer, data lover, and product guy who is passionate about solving various problems in higher education and career space. His mission is to personalize career journeys, help people meet their career goals, and maximize their potential at scale leveraging Tech, Data Science, and AI. Aditya is a firm believer and practitioner of first principles problem-solving and loves building products from ideation to production. At Board Infinity, he is majorly involved in three key aspects of the company - Technology, Product, and Data Science & AI. He leads a team of 30+ members to build an amazing platform for their mission to help people meet their career goals. Aditya and his team have built in-house some of the key systems like LMS, Data Pipeline & CDP, Assessment Engine, Career Discovery Test, Job Board, etc. Before joining Board Infinity, Aditya worked as a Technical Reviewer for Packt, where he reviewed Keras 2.X Book, Code Supplement & Video Resources. He also worked as a Software Developer for Brandrely, where he single-handedly developed an iOS App using Ionic Framework for a food delivery startup. He built various modules for payment, filtering, searching, etc., with an intuitive UI design and used Firebase for Database & User Auth. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)(Hons) degree in Computer Science (Specialization: Machine Learning) from Lovely Professional University. He also completed Deep Learning For Coders - v3 from fast.ai. Aditya has an Associate's degree in Science from R. D. National College and completed his High School from St. Xaviers High School. Aditya's tech stack includes AI, Senior Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Keras, Software Engineer, test, designer, iOS, and UI. With his relevant experience of 8.28 years, Aditya is a skilled professional who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the tech industry.
