Aditya Jadhav is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over four years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at ReliaQuest, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. Prior to this, Aditya worked at Avaya, where he held various positions, including Software Engineer l and Senior Technical Associate. At Avaya, Aditya was involved in the development of Avaya Aura Appliance Virtualization Platform, a VMware based hypervisor used to deploy and serve Unified Communications solutions. He also played a key role in the development of RHEL8 based common-os for all applications of Avaya Aura. Aditya's technical expertise includes Python, Shell scripting, Linux, ESXi, KVM, and RHEL. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune. During his time at the college, he gained a strong foundation in computer engineering and developed his skills in software engineering.
