Aditya Jha is a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer, currently serving in the same role at Pluang. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Aditya has a proven track record in software engineering, infrastructure, and technology leadership. Prior to his current role, Aditya served as the Technical Team Lead at Indifi, where he was responsible for architecting a fraud framework that validated hundreds of variables to be used at all levels in the loan life cycle. He also architected configuration-based customer on-boarding journeys, with over 200 active journeys processing 50k+ applications monthly. Aditya was also responsible for the development of an invoice discounting platform supporting buyer, seller, and financier roles. He refactored the codebase into microservices and event-based architecture to improve reliability, performance, and scale, incorporating extremely effective use of Postgres replicas, Redis caching, Rabbitmq, and Elastic search. Aditya also migrated the infrastructure to auto-scaling, Kubernetes based infrastructure and maintained the android application. He conceptualized and developed an automated WhatsApp marketing tool enabling high precision marketing. Aditya is also a Co-Founder of Wholdus.com, a B2B wholesale marketplace where he designed and developed the e-comm infrastructure for the marketplace from scratch. He developed web interfaces for the stakeholders, including a responsive client website, seller website, and admin website. Aditya introduced a very user-friendly way to enable users to create online stores by simply adding products to their stores through a short-listing feature. He also developed automation scripts to leverage online marketing channels, automated the database generation process, and automated the WhatsApp message sending process to pitch products to interested buyers who wanted to see the latest catalogues only on WhatsApp. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He also completed his Class 12 education from The Lovedale Senior Secondary School.
