Currently serving as the AVP Engineering at Swiggy, Aditya has also worked with Amazon and EMC in the past. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performance technology teams that deliver exceptional value to customers. Aditya's expertise lies in defining vision, strategic direction, charter, and long-term roadmaps for large cross-functional technology teams. He has experience in all aspects of product development, from enterprise applications to building world-class web services and platforms at internet scale. At Swiggy, Aditya is responsible for leading the company's engineering initiatives and driving innovation in the food delivery space. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Engineering at Swiggy and as Manager of Software Development at Amazon. During his tenure at Amazon, Aditya built the next-generation fraud and abuse prevention platform, saving millions of dollars for the company while protecting customers' trust in Amazon India. Aditya holds a GMITE degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and an MCA degree in Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University. He also has a BSc in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. Aditya's tech stack includes web development, senior software engineering, and software engineering.
