Aditya Kaushik is a versatile and driven individual with experience in software development, marketing, and design. He is a problem solver, a team player, and always eager to learn new technologies. Aditya started his career as a team member in VITspot, an application that solves day-to-day problems of VITians. He then went on to work as a technical intern to gain corporate experience. Aditya also served as the Director of Marketing in E-Cell VIT, where he honed his skills in product marketing and helped many budding startups in VIT to come up with a marketing plan. Aditya is fluent in Python, Django, and Web Development and has worked closely in management, leadership, and sales positions throughout his college life. He has experience in managing teams, working with designers, and developing strategies to increase the exposure of companies. Aditya has also worked to uplift society by participating in various programs throughout his time in school and college. Currently working as a Graduate Analyst at Barclays, Aditya brings his expertise in software development to the table. He has previously worked as an SDE Intern at mrn digital, where he was responsible for making a complete web application that was a blogging web app. Aditya has also worked as a Marketing Manager at Legalmind, where he managed a team of 15 people and was responsible for the strategies to get more pan India exposure for the company.
