Aditya is currently working as a Technical Consulting Engineer II at Cisco. He is tasked to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported real-time network issues and drive automation and innovation by developing applications to ease the task of engineers and reduce their troubleshooting time. He provides technical support for Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, troubleshoots customer's network in real-time, deciphers logs and provides analyses, and recreates network issues in labs. He also works with Cisco Engineering to find, investigate and fix software and hardware bugs and automates recursive tasks to decrease engineer's workload and increase their productivity.
