Aditya has over 6 years of experience in the software engineering field, having worked as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer at Mashreq Bank. He has led several projects focused on digitization of operations on Corporate Banking using Agile methodology, and has also led the pilot project on gamification of internal processes. Aditya has performed requirement gathering from stakeholders across business divisions and built data models on MicroStrategy Developer. Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He is highly skilled in software engineering and has a strong understanding of the latest trends in the cosmetic industry.
