He is an accomplished author and has written a book on the fundamentals of the digital payments ecosystem of India, titled "Auth N Capture," which is available on various platforms such as Amazon India, USA, UK, Flipkart, Kindle, Kobo, Google Play, iBooks, and Notionpress. Aditya has a proven track record of turning around the growth trajectory of companies such as JusPay Technologies and Cashfree Payments in less than a year. He has also led teams during challenging times such as Demonetisation, Policy changes (RBI, Google), Yes Bank Crisis, and COVID19. Aditya has executed GTM strategies for various product/solution launches in domestic and international markets and has worked with enterprise clients across eCommerce, Travel, Gaming, FinTech, NBFC, and BFSI sectors. Aditya is a keynote speaker and has spoken at various events such as NBFC-100, Hindustan Times Webinar, Business Agility Institute, and Walmart Labs.
