Aditya Kumar is a math enthusiast with a passion for teaching and almost 10 years of experience in the field of GMAT and GRE coaching, aptitude training, and development. Currently self-employed, Aditya works as a GMAT/GRE Quant Online Tutor, Standardized Test Content Creator, and Test-prep Strategy Expert. Aditya has an impressive track record of success, having worked for CrackVerbal as Academic Head and Product Manager, where he successfully owned, ideated, built, and rolled out the blended learning model (GMAT Achiever’s Club) in three cities, bringing in 22 lakhs in revenue. He also trained the sales team in understanding and selling the blended learning program to students. Aditya was part of a five-member leadership team to undergo the Stanford Seed Company Transformation Program and rolled out the personal tutoring model for GMAT and GRE, which included taking one-to-one sessions with students from the U.S.A, Singapore, Canada, South America, and India. Aditya also worked as a Senior Quant Faculty for CrackVerbal, where he set up and scaled the quant division, created the course content and curriculum for the GMAT and GRE online and classroom programs, and mentored over 1000 students for the GMAT and GRE tests. He conducted webinars as a Quant expert for GMAT club (largest GMAT forum) and was featured as a Quant expert on the GMAC website. Aditya also authored several quant blogs that are published on the CrackVerbal website and GMAT Club. He managed a five-member full-time faculty team and a ten-member part-time faculty team, which included mentors from ISB and XLRI, and was responsible for recruitment and training of full-time and part-time faculty. Aditya created KPIs and KRAs for the full-time faculty team to enable smooth functioning and division of responsibility. Aditya holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development in Training from the American TESOL Institute, a B.Sc. in Mathematics (Correspondence) from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology. He also attended Christ Junior College and St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School. Aditya’s relevant experience is 10.79 years, and his tech stack includes test and product manager.
