Aditya Kumar is a seasoned Product Manager and Software Professional with over 5 years of experience in software development and delivery. He has a proven track record of successful, high-quality product releases and is an expert in agile development processes. Currently, Aditya works as a Product Manager at Interview Kickstart, where he leads the development of their product offerings. Previously, Aditya worked as a Product Manager at Viacom18, where he was responsible for building and managing Voot for Smart TVs and connected devices for brands such as Amazon (Fire Stick), Apple TV, Samsung, LG, Sony, etc. He worked as a product manager for Voot Select business for mobile applications for 4 months. Prior to that, Aditya worked as a Tech Lead at The Narayana Group, where he led a team of 5 software developers to develop world-class scalable mobile applications being used by ~700,000 parents and teachers across India. He developed a video ingestion pipeline which encoded and encrypted (Widevine) to be consumed by students via a mobile application. Aditya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Information Technology Management from ISB, completed in December 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, completed in December 2013. Aditya completed his schooling at Delhi Public School- Bhilai.
