Aditya Malte is a skilled AI/ML Software Engineer with a deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Software Engineering. He improved product efficiency by over 45% and quality of candidate discovery through ML. Aditya employed ML algorithms including BERT, Neural Search, Information Retrieval, and topic modeling techniques. He reduced CSD review time by over 50% by training Resume Competence model, eventually moved to full AI automation. Aditya spearheaded solution design to deployment from scratch and used Python, Pytorch, Docker, AWS/GCP, HuggingFace, Flask/FastAPI among others. Aditya has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, which he will complete in May 2023. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
