Aditya Mehndiratta is a highly skilled Data and Applied Scientist with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics at IIT Guwahati. Aditya is proficient in Python Programming and has experience working with popular libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras, and scikit-learn. He also has experience working with C and C++. Aditya is constantly keeping himself updated with the latest research in Artificial Intelligence and is a mentor at the IITG.ai community, where he regularly discusses and implements groundbreaking research papers, especially in the area of deep learning. He is also a passionate debater and enjoys playing cricket in his free time. Currently, Aditya is working as a Software Developer Intern at Amazon. In this role, he has worked on an architecture for ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Logging) of data collected through DynamoDB streams. He has also modified the architecture to include submission of a Hive script as a step for processing data using an EMR cluster. Prior to his current role, Aditya served as the Secretary of the first AI/ML society of IITG, iitg.ai. He initiated paper discussions, webinars, tutorials, and hackathons. Aditya also worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he developed a binary classifier that was domain agnostic and worked on the identification of malignant vs. benign tumors using tissue histopathology images. Aditya's education includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Aditya's technical skills include Research Scientist, Software Engineer, Keras, AI, Deep Learning, Scikit, Python, ML, Tensorflow, ETL, and Apache Hive. With almost three years of relevant experience, Aditya is a highly skilled professional with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
