Aditya Mertia is a Chief Architect at Milkbasket, with over 15 years of experience in tech-product development, startups, and team building. He has a strong background in large scale enterprise business products, both B2B and B2C, big data, data analytics, system architecture, and scalable systems. Aditya has domain experience in mobile applications and backend infrastructure, Internet technologies, Fintech, eCommerce, and logistics. He has experience in bootstrapping internet start-ups and leading technology/product teams. Aditya has a deep understanding and experience in cloud computing infrastructure, specifically AWS and GCP. Aditya specializes in product/technology end-to-end ownership, system design/architecture, big data and data analytics, SOA and server-less architecture, high availability and scalable systems, team building, and startups. He has expertise in designing Microservices and Container orchestration using Amazon ECS. Aditya has deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, including AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Elasticache, Cloudfront, Beanstalk, S3, IAM, codecommit, and codedeploy. He is proficient in Open Source, JAVA, NodeJS, Python, NoSQL, Big Data, MYSQL/PGSQL Databases. Aditya has strong experience in developing MVPs from product ideas. He has co-founded Start-ups and built and scaled teams. Aditya has previously worked as Co-Founder at Stealth and built Crypto Platform. He has also worked as Director of Engineering and Chief Architect at InforcePRO® Software, where he led technology to revamp the Insurance analytics SAAS products. Aditya moved the product from monolithic architecture to Microservices architecture, revamped the systems to support Token-based security, and implemented robust API infrastructure for the microservices. He also managed 3rd party SAML-based integrations with clients, established CI/CD processes for the product, and oversaw opportunity analytics and reporting modules. Aditya holds an M.S. in Computer Software Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology and a BE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
