Aditya Mohan is a highly motivated and innovative software engineer with a passion for developing sustainable solutions to societal issues. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Binghamton University (SUNY), Aditya is an accomplished Graduate Assistant with a focus on researching and analyzing gamification and machine learning methods to develop consumer energy-efficient habits. Aditya has a strong background in software engineering, having previously worked in a document intelligence startup where he was responsible for designing an in-house OCR engine and implementing solutions for information extraction from complex financial documents for one of the largest private equity management companies and another for the world's largest publicly-traded P&C insurance company. Aditya's experience also includes working on the development of modules for OCR and document classification for an AI-driven enterprise solution that automated document processing and surfaced critical insights which enabled quicker and better decisions. Aditya is proficient in a range of technologies, including Flask, Python, AWS, ML, AI, and Tensorflow, and is highly skilled in problem-solving. He is a research scientist at heart and is always eager to learn and explore new technologies. Aditya is seeking software engineering roles in the United States starting in June 2023, where he can utilize his skills and experience to make a positive impact on society. Aditya's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology, where he graduated in 2020. Aditya is set to complete his Master's degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University in December 2023. Aditya's goal is to work in technologies that help enrich human lives responsibly, and he firmly believes that no problem is impossible to solve with constant will and resourcefulness.
