Aditya Prakash is an experienced Associate Vice President of Product Management with a passion for building scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient system designs. He is currently working as a Product Manager for TATA AIG's D2C eBusiness Direct to Customer Insurance for Health and Travel LOBs. Aditya has collaborated across functions, including Operations, Endorsements, Under Writing, Product Tower & Marketing, to roll out features and benchmarked customer experience of TATA AIG against leading D2C Indian players, identifying and fixing friction areas. Prior to his current role, Aditya worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for strategy, execution, delivery & production support of B2B e-Commerce web app built on SAP Hybris. He worked with cross-functional teams to ship products in an MVP based delivery model (using Scrum and Agile framework). Aditya has a strong educational background, having graduated in Computer Science and pursued an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai, with a focus on Sales and Marketing. During his MBA, he was exposed to diverse roles, ranging from a volunteer at an NGO in the rural areas of Bihar to an 8-week internship in the Strategic Marketing wing of Wipro. He also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at a start-up named Prosialize in Mumbai. Aditya has 8.52 years of relevant experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Search and Web Integration specialist. He has a deep understanding of components such as Load Balancer, Web App Firewall, API Gateway, Caching, CDN, SOLR Search, and SAP ERP integration. Aditya is passionate about building scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient system designs that can withstand the challenges of the modern digital landscape.
