Aditya R is a passionate data scientist and software developer with over 4 years of relevant experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, and visualization. He is driven by his passion to find the real meaning from a pool of raw data and strives to work with like-minded individuals who share the same passion. Aditya has a keen knack for analyzing minute details and is confident that he can leverage these skills to turn any problem into an opportunity. As a software developer, Aditya has worked with both MNCs and startups, and has a proven ability to manage a team and bring innovative solutions to the table. He has worked with clients from across the globe, analyzing their requirements, estimating the resources needed, managing the resources, and delivering end-to-end products. Aditya's major skillsets include product design and management, full-stack development, ReactJs, React native, NestJs, PostgresSQL, Heroku, and Expo. In his previous roles, Aditya has co-founded a startup called WKND, which aims at providing a marketplace for partygoers and event hosts with improved event discovery across the globe. He has also worked as a data scientist at Fortis Security, where he analyzed access control and CCTV data to find off-hours employee visits and suggested the need for COVID hygiene checks in different parts of the client location. He also integrated access control door data from different locations and reported traffic at each door. Aditya holds a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Monash University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita University. His tech stack includes data scientist, research scientist, software engineer, Salesforce, integration, SQL, and Azure.
