As the Vice President of Platform Engineering at ServiceNow, he has a strong track record of building and scaling global R&D teams from scratch and delivering high-quality enterprise-class platforms and applications. Aditya is a first principles computing individual who is technically savvy, a leadership coach, and a highly motivated team player. He is passionate about setting up and growing high-performance and impactful teams and has reasonable exposure to compensation, budgeting, contracting, and legal. Aditya has excellent exposure to building out new global R&D teams ground up, scaling up teams by attracting talent with a focus on diversity, and taking lab ideas to the marketplace. He has worked in a multi-time zone/cross-geo setup under aggressive deadlines and testing conditions. Aditya is a patent holder and has set up Makers/Product labs for bolstering originality. He has had the opportunity to live and breathe within multiple product life cycles, yet emerge timely with innovations that help acquire new customers and retain existing customers year on year. Aditya is not only a technology leader but also an avid bird watcher/photographer who loves being in the midst of nature. He actively volunteers for the IEEE Computer Society and has held multiple leadership and volunteer positions. Volunteering for IEEE has given him a global perspective, the ability to think without bias, influence without authority, and work on technologies for humanity.
