Aditya Satyavada is a highly skilled software professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. He has a strong background in Golang, Python, Java, and Kubernetes and has spent most of his career working as a backend engineer. Aditya has a passion for automating large portions of his work and is always eager to learn new tools and frameworks. He has switched tech stacks multiple times in his career and is open to doing so again. Currently, Aditya is working at Skit, where he is responsible for all things tech. As one of the first engineers in the company, he was tasked with building services that power the Voicebot that Skit has today. Aditya has worn multiple hats during his tenure at Skit, including software development and architecture, DevOps, mentorship, project management, people management, hiring management, and tech evangelism. He has been involved in building core services using Python and Golang, handling deployment of services to AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, deploying multiple tools to the Kubernetes cluster, building internal tools to reduce delivery cycles, and formalizing internal processes such as hiring, project management, and employee feedback. Aditya has also been heavily involved in Skit's data architecture and design, defining how data is stored using PostgreSQL, building data pipelines for voicebot performance analysis, and mentoring new engineers who join the company. He has also been involved in KT/onboarding to ensure maximum truck factor. Prior to Skit, Aditya worked at Dell as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where he was responsible for developing solutions for Capital Projects and Capital Projects Connector. He also built a generic Spring-based framework for integrating Opentext Brava! with any Java-based application and used it to integrate Opentext Brava! with Capital Projects. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology and an ISC in Pure Science from Loyola School, Jamshedpur. His technical skills include software engineering, Kubernetes, AWS, backend development, Python, Golang, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, Spring, Java, and integration.
