Aditya Sharma is an Assistant Vice President - Data Services at Citi with over 10 years of relevant experience. Aditya's previous experience includes working as a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Analyst at the University at Buffalo. At the former, he worked with the CEO to collect the problem statement of slumlords and designed and programmed an in-house ranking algorithm to bring prime targets to the surface for the client. At the latter, he worked with the CEO of a local consumer packaging company, elicited the problem description from existing bottlenecks, and created an interactive PowerBi dashboard that encapsulated dimensions of sales data. He also wrote a Python program to find association rules in business transactions and designed a recommender system. Aditya holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University at Buffalo School of Management, the State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University. Aditya has been described by his managers as one of the most methodical, results-oriented, and positive-minded professionals they have worked with.
