Aditya Singh is a highly accomplished Strategy and Operations professional with over 11 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) industry. He is currently the Co-Founder of Marlin AI, a company that focuses on using innovative models aided by Data analytics, Robotics, Digital adoption, and IoT to improve logistics operations. Aditya has extensive experience in transportation, having worked hands-on through Air, Rail, Sea, and Road modes. He is a constant student with a knack for trying out innovative models, making him an expert in cross-fit across functions as diverse as preparing financial models, balancing cash flow statements, driving mega ships, working with contract labor, and developing breakthrough products. Aditya is a strong believer that Logistics as an industry has a lot to learn from its parts, which has helped him to lead Marlin AI successfully. In his current role, Aditya is responsible for the Revenue Management of a USD 200 Mn portfolio, with the largest bottom-line contribution to the vertical globally. He is also heading network design of core Rail and Trucking offerings and expanding last mile reach to 300+ locations. Aditya has worked with renowned companies in the past, including Entrepreneur First, where he was the Founder in Residence, and Cogoport, where he was the Head of Landside Business. At Cogoport, Aditya executed financial modeling and budget planning for the business plan of a $130 Mn top-line organization, involving Capex spend of $8 million. He also successfully implemented an algorithm for optimizing selection of transportation modes and service providers across Air, Rail, and Road lanes. Aditya has a PGDBM from XLRI and a degree in B.S Nautical Sciences from Training Ship Chanakya, Mumbai University. He is also well-versed in AI and Android technologies, which have helped him to stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry.
