Aditya Sinha is a highly motivated and accomplished professional with a diverse background in Investment Banking, Liquidity Risk Management, and Business Analysis. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS. He currently works at MyGlamm, where he is a Business Analyst, working on multiple projects as a member of the Growth team. Aditya is responsible for building in-house dynamic MIS to optimize pricing, discounting, and gamification of orders to maximize GMV, as well as post-discount revenues. He is also involved in due diligence for acquisitions, integration of new brands, development of cross-platform synergies, and handling multiple assignments for in-house and external commercial ventures. Aditya has a passion for helping marginalized communities in Delhi get access to formal financial help in terms of subsidies and grants. He has gained a lot of insight into the gap that currently exists between policies and their implementation. Aditya also designs UX for popular apps, which he feels could be more inclusive towards people with special needs. He believes that technology should be as accessible and cooperative as it is functional. Aditya has a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from DCE, an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, and a Certificate in Business/Managerial Economics from edX. He has also completed High School from Hans Raj Model School, Punjabi Bagh. Aditya's tech stack includes Blockchain, Integration, and Mobile. Aditya has 3.29 years of relevant experience, having worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in the Divisional Finance team, followed by the Liquidity Risk Team at JP Morgan, Mumbai. He was the youngest speaker at a blockchain conference and was honored to hear from fellow speakers who have already made a mark in the industry.
