Aditya Srivastava is a graduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science. He is exploring the applications of recommendation systems in assisting scientific research at the Science of Science and Computational Discovery Lab, under the guidance of Dr. Daniel Acuna. Aditya has a diverse range of experience in the field of research and development, having worked at SentiSum as a research engineer, where he was involved in the research and development of NLP and ML solutions in textual anomaly detection, text classification, and unsupervised information extraction. Aditya is a recent graduate of IIIT Hyderabad, India, with a BTech (Honors) in Computer Science and MS by research in Computational Linguistics. During his time at IIIT Hyderabad, he worked extensively on the application of deep-learning to research problems in low resource Indian languages and code-mixing. Aditya has also worked as a research intern at ICAR-CNR, Italy, and as an NLProc researcher at LTRC, IIIT Hyderabad. Apart from his academic and professional pursuits, Aditya enjoys picking up new skills and producing music as a hobby. He has a keen interest in the tech stack, which includes Research Scientist, Recommendation system, Text Classification, NLP, ML, Data Engineering, and Data Scientist. Aditya's relevant experience in the field is 0.36 years.
