Aditya Thakre is a highly skilled software development engineer with over four years of experience in the industry. He is currently working with Amazon as an SDE2, where he is responsible for designing, planning, and developing a web application that caters to millions of users. Aditya is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, where he studied Computer Science and Engineering and has been passionate about computers and mathematics since his childhood. Aditya has previously worked with Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where he worked on the design and development of business transaction pipelines that handle transactions ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of USD. He has also been an active contributor to the development of the new chromium-based browser by Microsoft - “Microsoft Edge”, and his team’s contribution clocked in 125 Million+ Active users per month over the year 2020. Aditya has also built CI/CD pipelines and distributed system setups for one of the key repositories of Microsoft Edge with end-to-end ownership to handle parallel build validation requests for Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms. Apart from his professional work, Aditya is also a career consultant, helping students from grade 11 till college in being productive and making the right career choices at various stages in their careers. He has been able to crack IIT-JEE, one of the toughest exams in the world, and has been a 95% + scorer for both the academic boards. Aditya is also passionate about music production, primarily hip-hop and EDM, and is a pianist who thoroughly relishes composing songs. Aditya's technical skills include Software Engineering, Integration, Microservices, Web, and CI/CD. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Dhanbad.
