Aditya Vartak is a highly skilled Data Scientist with over 2 years of experience in developing and implementing Machine Learning solutions and pipelines. He has a strong background in using Cloud technologies to create scalable ML pipelines with Google Cloud. He is passionate about Solution Engineering and is always looking to solve challenging problems using existing tools or implementing research. Currently, Aditya works as a Data Scientist at Aira Matrix, where he is part of the Research and Development team for Drug Discovery and the Prostate Cancer team. In the Drug Discovery team, he has implemented various research approaches for property-based drug generation and used metrics based on Guacamol to evaluate the results. He has also worked on the Prostate Cancer team, where he has improved the performance of classification tasks using Deep Learning and Machine Learning approaches. Previously, Aditya worked at Quantiphi as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer. During his time at Quantiphi, he developed Densely Packed SKU detection and brand classifications for shelves in supermarkets and created a prototype pipeline that would fetch and analyze patient history to identify the kind of diseases they have been suffering from in the past. He has also worked on several other projects, including an Augmented Reality App for branding, Drug Discovery using Knowledge graph, and Video Surveillance Anomaly Detection. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
