He is currently working as a Software Engineer III at Google, where he continues to hone his skills and work on complex projects. Aditya has a proven track record of managing engineers and building rich products from ground zero. He has previously worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Smartlinks, where he led the migration of the entire infrastructure from AWS ECS to Kubernetes for better reliability, support & extensibility. He also built a framework for Inter-Service Communications, Authentication, Asynchronous Processing, etc. by using AWS SQS, Kubernetes pods as workers, custom python libraries, etc. Aditya provided visibility into the system by Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Error Monitoring, Request Logging & Tracing, AWS Alarms, etc., which led to multiple code optimizations, fixes, and infrastructural cost savings. Aditya has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Practo, where he built a Scalable & Fault-Tolerant System for connecting patients and doctors over cellular calls with an Intelligent Switching of operators to maintain the highest possible connectivity percentage. He also built Google One Tap Login for Practo as a part of the Growth Engineering team, which collected close to 600k emails in 3 months, an increase of 2200% in email collection. Aditya also built OTP less login via cellular call during appointment booking, which led to a monthly increase of approximately 2000+ appointments, thereby leading to a 1M INR increase in revenue. Aditya holds a BTech + MTech Dual Degree in Information and Communication Technology from IIITM. He also completed his High School education from Mercy Memorial School.
