Adnan Agha is a talented game designer, artist, and freelance Unity developer with over 5 years of experience in Unity development. He is the Founder, Lead Programmer, and Lead Designer at nevernaut games, where he successfully created and shipped a multiplayer ninja party game called SlashDash on Xbox One in conjunction with Microsoft. Adnan managed all aspects of game development, including design, programming, prototyping, and branding. He defined market segmentation and worked closely with the artist/designer to produce the company's state-of-the-art logo, artistic components, and brand identity. Adnan oversaw the production of diverse activities, such as promotional events and materials, to achieve brand awareness. He was honored with the Audience Choice Award at IndieCade 2013. Adnan is a key member of the UI/UX development team and worked with the artist to create beautiful, intuitive user flows and menu interactions. He has applied agile development and iterative prototyping processes, using the Scrum framework, to implement and test features and designs. Adnan is proficient in C# language and has supervised the programming of various elements, focusing on creating advanced features and perfecting Xbox-relevant codes with the aim to generate a high-quality functional game. Adnan has worked as a Resident Artist at the School for Poetic Computation, where he completed a challenging ten-week residency program, allowing him to enhance and develop creative practices. He has engaged in courses about critical theory, physical computing, computational theory, and computing history. Adnan showcased a series of conceptual posters and prints depicting assorted conversations and reflections while applying dark humor to portray hidden human relationships and intangible power structures. Adnan has also worked as a Game Design Intern at hide&seek, where he efficiently coordinated all logistics details for the company, including travel and hotel reservations. He prepared timelines and recruited freelance creative talent for the success of diverse projects. Adnan visualized and developed various small-scale, environment-specific games named Tiny Games. Adnan holds a Master of Architecture - MArch from Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Game Design and Filmmaking from New York University.
