He has spent his entire career working with software companies and IT organizations across Europe, collaborating, challenging, and advising on software development and delivery best practices. Adrian's passion for Agile thinking began during his time at ThoughtWorks, where he recognized its power and applied it to software delivery and value creation across enterprises. As the Vice President of Sales, EMEA at Tasktop Technologies, Adrian helps companies comprehensively address software delivery challenges by removing silos, enabling information to flow across the lifecycle, powering traceability, increasing visibility, and supporting empowered decision-making at all levels. He is committed to helping organizations adopt Agile and Lean thinking and problem-solving approaches to improve their interactions with colleagues, partners, existing, and future customers. Adrian also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Traced Mobile Security, a company that delivers outstanding protection from cybercrime. He recognizes the growing centrality of mobile device protection and believes that privacy is a human right. Traced is disrupting the Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) market in the post-COVID, remote-working, and mobile-forward business world. Adrian's education includes a degree in German and Economics from Keele University, where he graduated with II ii honors. He also attended Magdalen College School Oxford.
