Adrian is passionate about establishing and leading teams to deliver customer results, drive improvements, and solve challenges in technology and business operations. Adrian's areas of expertise include Strategy Delivery and Business Transformation, Project Manager, Program Manager & Portfolio Delivery. He has managed projects, programs, and portfolios and led IT operational improvements for major companies and organizations across various industries, including manufacturing companies, digital learning, universities, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and global automotive companies. Currently, Adrian is working as an IT Program Lead - M&A at SPX FLOW, Inc. (via Signature Consultants). He has oversight and accountability for all IT M&A activities and leads the IT program for corporate M&A activities and supports workstreams with project management capabilities as needed. He manages dependencies, risks, issues, plans, and more, as needed, to ensure effective delivery of strategic outcomes for the M&A initiatives. Prior to his current role, Adrian worked as a PMO Lead for the Strategic Change PMO at Credit Suisse (via Adecco) and as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Pearson. He successfully led the technology aspects of a large, complex divestiture of a $500m revenue business unit. Adrian holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester, a Master of Science in Engineering with Management from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
