Adrian was responsible for extracting highly correlated nucleotides from a dataset of 1.5 million nucleotides and 86,000 patients using Principal Component Analysis and Genome Wide Association Study. He also trained a Machine Learning model to predict the occurrence of PsA in an individual who has already contracted PsO with a test AUC of 0.72 using algorithms such as Neural Networks and Random Forests. Adrian has a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Engineering degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He also holds a Baccalauréat degree in Filière Scientifique (Spécialité Mathématiques), Option Orientale from École Alsacienne.
