Adrien Aubel is a highly driven and ambitious Senior Software Engineer at Google, where he is currently working on making communication better on Android. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, Adrien has a proven track record of building innovative products and leading successful teams. Prior to joining Google, Adrien co-founded invi labs, a startup that aimed to fix messaging on Android. He was the CTO of the company and played a key role in building a messaging app with rich and innovative features that were each brought to the user with little to no friction to make them actually useful and used. Adrien is passionate about building beautiful UX and great products, with a relatively outstanding vision about those aspects. Adrien is a graduate of EPITECH, a French computer science school, where he also served as a teacher assistant for 4 years out of 5 while studying there. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science and is proficient in several programming languages including C, C++, Java, Scala, and Javascript. He also has an excellent level in C# language, Android development, Kotlin, and Web APIs design, and a good level in UNIX administration and assembly language. At Google, Adrien is part of a team that is working to give all Android users a richer and more seamless communication experience. The team's long-term vision is to empower billions of users and relationships worldwide, beyond Android frontiers. Adrien is committed to the trust put in him and makes sure to not be bored at work, or moving too slowly, putting forward a plan when he thinks they should do more. Adrien's past experiences have also allowed him to develop very good teaching, leading, and helping capabilities.
