Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Layer, Adrien has also served as Technical Lead at Open Cosmos, where he was responsible for several ground segment projects related to data processing. He was also a member of the Ops team that built all the ground services to command and collect telemetry from the satellites. His experience in leading an initiative to empower employees to spend 20% of their time on projects they choose based on OKRs, and his expertise in thinking hard about build/buy/open-source, has helped him learn a lot of industry knowledge fast. Adrien's education history includes a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from ESSEC Business School and a Master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris. He also holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from Aux Lazaristes and a Baccalauréat from Lycée Saint Joseph.
