Adwait B. is an experienced software engineer with a passion for writing sophisticated microservices to process and maintain data. With a client-first approach to his work, Adwait is driven to build zero-touch and extensible products. Adwait's most impactful work was during his 14-month tenure at Arcesium (D.E Shaw), where he architected workflows and took end-to-end ownership of business-critical, financial reference calendar workflows. This module was arguably the most critical component in the entire platform and was a fundamental building block for the entire business. Adwait was able to reduce client configuration time from 2 weeks to less than 30 minutes and saved 2 FTE equivalent of work yearly. Currently, Adwait is a Distributed Systems Intern at Inria, where he is gaining further experience in his field. Prior to this, he was an IaaS Engineering Intern at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Senior Software Engineer at Arcesium. Adwait holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, which he is expected to complete in July 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Mathematics, both from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Adwait's tech stack includes skills in software engineering, microservices, and senior software engineering. With 3.43 years of relevant experience, Adwait is a driven and dedicated software engineer with a passion for creating innovative and impactful solutions.
