Before Tata Hitachi, Afrin worked as a Recruitment Executive (Technical) at PITCS (Poonam IT Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd), where she handled end-to-end IT recruitment, sourced potential candidates through various channels, screened resumes, conducted phone interviews, scheduled interviews with clients, and maintained the recruitment status report. Afrin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources and Finance from Mahendra Institutions and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance and General from ERK College of Arts & Science. She also has relevant experience as a Research Scientist. With her experience in recruitment and human resources, Afrin has developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
